Summary

On Wed May 11 2011, a group of four women, at least two of them around
60 in age, opened a private Yahoo discussion forum with the goal of
concerting an attempt at bullying a single TMZ reader off the site.

Where this was only the last step in a months long crowd bullying
frenzy towards that very same person. Only that now, seeing how little
they attained, these women felt a need for better coordination of
their common actions.

They made a mistake though: the discussion group wasn't private. Fifty
of their posts could be read and obtained before they realized their
blunder and deleted the forum. These posts are now available here, "as
is" and unaltered.

They may serve as a warning to TMZ visitors, about what might happen
to them when daring to express an opinion of their own.

The Principal "Players"

(1) ksis

Ksis is a young polish woman, high school teacher and staunch
Charlie Sheen fan and supporter. The latter is the mistake
she's been making.

(2) Loser #1: Ellen

Ellen is born 1952. On TMZ, she posts under nicknames like RR, PFFFT! and
Spring_in_Michigan. She is the person that opened the discussion group.

Ellen describes herself as:

"I'm the resident psychotherapist at TMZ CS case. Been in the trenches
there for awhile when Nancy showed up & got me here [twitter]."

(3) Loser #2: Nancy

Nancy is usually Loser #1, but not in this particular case. On TMZ,
she posts under the nickname Nancy.

Nancy and Ellen are actual friends of about the same age. They also
tweet amongst each other.

Nancy's full name is Nancy J. Krempa, she's born 8/26/1954 and lives
in Davisburg, Michigan. She describes herself as:

"A jack-of-all-trades but master of none."

"Historical Background"

It's now weeks and months that specifically Nancy and Ellen have been
ganging up on ksis, at TMZ. This involves techniques like:

* directly attacking her all at once, or
* just keeping to talk about and trash her without ever addressing
  ksis directly
* assume new names and accounts on TMZ, to attack her under a cover.

This account for example

is an alias account for Nancy, which she's been using to stalk and
harass ksis.

Unfortunately, all those efforts didn't bear fruit so far. No attempt
at frustrating ksis enough to leave or isolating her from other TMZ
readers never really worked.

The reason being that ksis is in fact a straight, open person who
takes care to not involve herself too much in personal struggles but
rather sticks to the topics of her interest and keeps addressing
people she feels she can constructively talk to.

There's been collateral damage though. A TMZ reader not particularly
on either side of the debate recently left because she just couldn't
stand the disgusting tactics of the Losers anymore.

Her parting words to Ellen:

"The comment below is an example of what you accuse ksis of when you
made another comment to Jack apologizing for her indirect comments
geared towards you...You are doing the exact same thing you accuse her
of ALL over this forum and YOU have ruined this forum for me. You are
the self appointed expert who feels the need to comment on every
single thing that is posted and YOU proclaim when someone is a troll
based on their opinion and lack of hours as a new member. I am tired
of coming on here and wanting to perhaps say something but the
MAJORITY of what I see is you going after ksis AND commenting on
everything she says and does."


Understanding the Posts

To understand the "discussion" below a few remarks are in order.

First, the posts appear in their chronological - and not topical -
order. Furthermore, many posts are quoting others they reply to. This
implies a lot of bloat and hard to read structure. The goal was
however to not touch those messages in any way but rather present them
"as is".

Then, one needs to understand the psychology of those women a
little. On the one hand, they're pretending to each other that they
didn't care about ksis but rather wanted to get away from and not talk
at all about her with their forum.

On the other hand is particularly Ellen practically obsessed with ksis
and apparently feeling threatened by her, for which twisted reason
ever. Accordingly, she's seeking desperately peers to talk about
ksis and develop strategies how to get rid of her.

Let's take a brief look at how this evolves.

In her initial welcome, post #2, Ellen jubilates:

"Let's formally declare this place a 'ksis' free space, OK? WOO HOO!
LOL!"

Then, after an extended everybody saying hello to each other, Ellen
slowly moves on topic in post #16:

"I don't have any idea what will actually happen here. Groups tend to
have their own life. We may have periods of activity and we may
not. For me, just knowing that we have a safe place to express any
feeling without being attacked is the important issue - not whether or
not we do actually have much to express here.

I've already felt less pressure to do what Kathyo mentioned and just
reach through the screen and grab ksis."

So she "hasn't any idea what will happen" but immediately jumps into
discussing ksis, using TMZ reader Kathyo as a foothold.

This was post #16. And now that Ellen's touched her favorite subject
the levee gives way. A flurry of extensive posts follows without her
ever waiting for an answer - #17, #18 and #19 - where she's sharing
all the up close and personal details she found out about ksis on the
net. Obtaining that information involves what Ellen usually calls
"research".

Post #17 by the way is also notable as Ellen naively mimics the TMZ
style of having obtained information by unnamed but allegedly well
connected "sources". This gives the additional thrill of possibly
sharing a major secret.

Ellen concludes that post by observing:

"I'm not suggesting that we all get 'understanding' and touchy feely
about ksis. I am also not suggesting that we go on the attack with
this info either. I just find it helpful to keep situations in
perspective. I thought it might be helpful to you as well."

So at this point it's "no attack". This will change, however, but
only after a twist.

Because, during some extensive yapping amongst them on the Yahoo
board, ksis seems to have made a post on TMZ. Ellen notes in
post #23 with the Subject "With that I am outta there":

"There she is so here I am. Wow, a sober living and/or anger
management support group! ha! I guess for me at least that's what this
place is at the moment."

That's one of a dozen times that Ellen has announced to stay away from
TMZ. Didn't work once. And interestingly enough, she's alluding to
possible psychological stability problems she might have in the very
same moment.

And while pretending to give her board fellow members a freedom of
choice, she appeals to them to do the same. Which is another
particular feature of Ellen. She can't do a single thing alone:

"Now, please don't misunderstand me. That is simply MY decision about
how I want to behave in this situation at this time. I am NOT
suggesting that anyone else here follow suit. Follow your own light,
please."

It follows some lame jokes about ksis and rambling about other
stuff. While Nancy is busy sifting through ksis posts at TMZ. In
post #44 she notes:

"So, the most recent posts on the Denise v. Charlie article make me
wonder... is ksis still bitching about the 'mom is a whore' comment
made almost 2 months ago??"

This alludes to an incident where Losers called ksis mother a whore on
TMZ. And while suspecting that ksis might make further remarks about
that incident on TMZ, Ellen rejoices in post #45:

"And, aren't we all - maybe me especially - glad that we have this
safe bunker to retreat to sit it out and watch."

So there she's expressing "war" mentality and fright pretty much
unfiltered.

But she'll be contradicting herself immediately in the very same
post. Because, instead of "sitting out", she's extensively
contemplating various attack scenarios no matter how abject they may
be:

"Its at times like this that it would be gratifying - perhaps in a
petty way - to see her have to eat her own words. I was thinking that
an anonymous 'new' poster making a single post containing the more
pertinent tweets from her account would be effective."

This, we may say, is Ellen in full view, in all her vileness. Still,
she wouldn't undertake such a thing alone:

"Am I being mean or just self preserving? Anyone want to offer some
feedback here?"

The feedback never arrives though. Somebody apparently warned Losers
about their board being publicly readable. And Ellen first made it
private and, after a couple of other posts, deleted it.

So this is what all this is about. Depraved bullying tactics from old,

concealed so no one can read our messages but us. We are all free to
post without any moderation and all posts will reach each member's

The website is fully functional. We have places for photos, links,

fitting to me. Thank you.

I don't have any idea what will actually happen here. Groups tend to

I've already felt less pressure to do what Kathyo mentioned and just
reach through the screen and grab ksis. I am happy for Kathyo that she
was able to distance herself from that urge and will freely admit that
I had the same urge without so much ability to distance myself as
well. Now, I can come here and SCREAM ARRRRGGGHHHH if I ever feel that
urge again. Just knowing that helps :-). I hope that all of you feel
free to do the same.

At the same time, I want to acknowledge and pat myself on the back a
bit about the many times I resisted urges, did NOT call the names I
was thinking, let things slide without a mention, chose to avoid
addressing issues/topics and so on. That was true with ksis and many
others there at TMZ. I don't feel a need to defend myself but I do
want to keep the situation in perspective for myself. I hope that all
of you feel free to do the same.

Its also nice that we now have a way to share personal emails more
safely than posting them on TMZ. I see people do that there
occasionally and it gives me the shivers. Maybe no one has had a
problem as a result but the possibilities.....

Hi all -

I have some information to share with you. First I want to stipulate
that I was given this information in confidence. I have permission to
share this info with you here within limits. Even though some of the
info is in the public domain, I'd like to request that we keep our
knowledge to ourselves here - at least at this time.

And, its sorta funny to me to discover that I had already run across
ksis online when I was first doing searches on Charlie. I even think
that when I was first commenting at TMZ that I recognized her handle -
but then forgot as time went by. IF memory serves at all, I just
decided that it wasn't important and I didn't see the significance for
commenting at TMZ since I really hadn't learned much about
her. However, I had noticed before that she IS in Poland. I wish now
that I had remembered - but - oh, well.

Geez, my brain is getting old or maybe just lazy in retirement. I DO
try to keep it sharp so maybe its just old age creeping up on
me. Whatever.

Anyway, I have ksis's Twitter account and you might just find her
Tweets interesting reading. If you do, try reading all the way back to
the beginning of the Charlie Tweets. You'll notice that she writes in
a personal fashion like Charlie is actually writing back to her. The
source of this information assures me that IF Charlie had ever written
back we'd ALL know about it.

Ksis does however, have a Twitter exchange with Natty Napalm. You'll
also note that she talks about TMZ, the haters, and how she is
Charlie's number one defender there. Raymond even gets a mention. To
her credit, she doesn't appear to talk about any one of us by name or
mention our exact comments. If I am wrong, or have missed something
there, please let me know.

My comment was - the Big Prize goes to the folks who said that ksis is
a "Charlie goddess wannabe".

The picture that is forming is that ksis is having a fantasy love
affair. Evidently she has undergone some changes to her behavior
online since the whole Charlie madness started for her 3 months
ago. She tried sharing her love interest elsewhere online in a
discussion setting where she is a member, but NO ONE would join
her. No one agreed with her about Charlie. Rather than get embroiled
with her in argument, everyone just quietly left off discussing with
her. So, that may be one reason why she spends so much time at TMZ.

Also, when she is posting elsewhere where no one will talk with her
about Charlie she is evidently exhibiting more of her former/alter
personality. She has been observed making more vulnerable comments
away from TMZ and then immediately following those comments with
aggression at TMZ. I have more information about ksis as a person and
will share that in another post. It helps to understand why she does
what she does about Charlie.

I'm not suggesting that we all get "understanding" and touchy feely
about ksis. I am also not suggesting that we go on the attack with
this info either. I just find it helpful to keep situations in
perspective. I thought it might be helpful to you as well.

"ArtofWar" who I think is probably the same "ArtofWar" at TMZ who
makes those prize wining super hateful comments. I went to look at his
Twitter account as well.

only your approved followers can visit and/or read the Tweets. I had
set my own account up that way in the beginning and I am thinking of

Evidently ksis IS telling the truth about who she is, and actually
shares quite a bit about her personal life online.

She is in her late 20's. She is not especially attractive. Has small
eyes and a large nose. Appears to suffer some sort of seizure disorder
which impacts her self esteem. Is a school teacher in Poland. Has
taken some advanced courses in her teaching field. She is an only
child. She lives with her father. He is a typical non-communicative
Polish male. Her mother is dead. She died of a massive heart attack at
home and ksis was present. I don't yet have a date on that event. Her
mother suffered from depression.

So, the image that I have of ksis is that she is well on her way to
being an old maid school teacher in a culture that still regards
people like her that way. She is probably intelligent but may not be
regarded as such by others around her in Poland. She has few if any
romantic prospects. May be facing caring for an aging father by
herself. May be traumatized by her mother's death. May be prone to
depression.

Really, having an escapist fantasy isn't a stretch, you know? Being
Charlie's number one defender gives her purpose and meaning. The
thrill of the battle makes her feel alive. Like that.

I would guess that she has NO LOVE interests.....and if anything,
is rather the one-night-stand kinda girl!

Well, I wondered when ksis would show up again at TMZ to start
refuting other people's opinions. There she is so here I am. Wow, a
sober living and/or anger management support group! ha! I guess for me
at least that's what this place is at the moment. Helps me not to act

info posted here made it worse.  She is definitely fixated on Sheen,
to the point that you can almost see the imaginary conversations that
take place.  She posts relentlessly, points to her "accomplishments"
at TMZ, and basically takes credit as being one of his only TRUE fans.

The fact that she occasionally goes off to attack other Twitter users
for their comments indicates that she will vociferously defend him no
matter what ANYONE says.  I can only wonder what's going on in her
daily life - and how her peers are handling her obsession.  Judging
from a couple of tweets, they don't understand it at all.

It's just a shame that she choose this one, pathetic, egotistical,
people-using low-life to attach herself to.  There are so many other
celebs out there who truly give back to their fans... why she is
fixated on this dork is anyone's guess.  Maybe she thinks that she can
offer him the unconditional love and support that no one else does??

Regardless of the amateur psychoanalysis, it's obvious that the poor
girl is in need of some help.  Not knowing what the conditions are
like in her hometown, I'd be hesitant to guess at whether or not she
has a chance at getting any.

I just read the Lenny article. You know what always strikes me in
these situations is that if you make a list of all the
defenses/excuses/accusations that come from these people, what you end
up with is a list of their own faults and bad behaviors.

For example, Lenny says how the gov ripped apart his belongings in
order to line their own pockets. Well, Lenny literally ripped out
bathroom fixtures - like that $60,000 sink - and other parts of his
houses and sold them for cash for his own pockets. The houses were
under foreclosure at the time. So, he is also now charged with
$400,000 worth of further fraudulent activity.

About the herpes story, when a person engages in unprotected and risky
sex routinely that's just bound to happen eventually. If herpes is the
worst STD he gets he is damn lucky.

him a few months back on a local tv station.  First off, they went to

herpes story. Charlie Harper did make sex videos but Charlie Sheen has
stated adamantly never put anything on video. Of course, think

OK, thanks. I felt the same way about Twitter the first day or so but
that passes quickly once you just dive in. Just remember, unprotected
tweets are searchable online via google or whatever. Be careful what
key words you use. I have Facebook and MySpace accounts - same as
Twitter was I don't use them.

Well, its a "he" being sued by a "she" and the incident(s) was in
Vegas and "he" smooth talked her into doing it. Sounds like
Charlie. Plus, a lot of people have made reference lately to Charlie

think alike. I had had the same thought when I read the maid story
awhile back.

Being that he was a Phillie at one time, they did an interview with
him a few months back on a local tv station.  First off, they went to
his house, walked right in and couldn't find him.  The house was empty
and he was upstairs in his office.  He sounded almost like
Charlie...changing subjects, rambling on about nothing, blaming
others, saying he was set-up...  He also was interviewing for a maid,
when the applicant showed up he was in the nude.  Maybe we should tell
ksis about him.

wonder... is ksis still bitching about the "mom is a whore" comment
made almost 2 months ago??  Or has someone else discovered some
personal stuff on the broad that has her asking such questions?  From
the tone of the question, I get the feeling that someone is about to
become the focus of one of her 'rants.'

Should prove interesting, eh?

Well, it looks like to me that she is once again dredging up that old
comment. There MAY be new stuff that I am not aware of - but at any
rate her description fits the old story. And, aren't we all - maybe me
especially - glad that we have this safe bunker to retreat to sit it
out and watch. Maybe angeleyes won't bite & ksis won't get a
response. That would be the best tack, IMO. But we'll see what
happens.

And, the "someone" who is the focus is obviously once again lucky
me. Right?

I feel like she does this stuff for several reasons. (1). She really
dislikes me. (2). She really wants to discredit me - for what I assume
are obvious reasons. (3). She loves the attention. (4) She loves
"revenge" - as she has stated herself in her tweets. (5). It keeps her
relevant when she has nothing else to say. (6) She loves making
Charlie haters mad - once again as she stated in her tweets and at
TMZ. At TMZ she also said that made her happy to think that she was
raising their blood pressure as well. (7) She probably gets stuck on
the past and dredges things up like this in other places and over
other events. Not necessarily in that order of priority.

I see ksis as basically a vindictive person - which is another way to
say "an eye for an eye". She is easily offended. She makes reasons to
be offended when there are none. So, other people have to do more than
walk on egg shells and bend over backwards to avoid offending her. She
is unforgiving. And, she derives PLEASURE from dishing out payback by
her own admission.

But, hey, did ANYONE here really think that she was going to suddenly
stop trying to provoke fights? She has ALWAYS baited people like this
who are trying not to engage with her. So, I am going to just sit here
and wait and watch. I had already made my own response to angeleyes
and posted it before seeing ksis' comment which must have been
submitted at almost the same time. So, I have nothing left to say
until/unless someone again asks me what I think or otherwise initiates
a discussion with me. Which is fine by me.

Its at times like this that it would be gratifying - perhaps in a
petty way - to see her have to eat her own words. I was thinking that
an anonymous "new" poster making a single post containing the more
pertinent tweets from her account would be effective. She's scream
"troll" and "stalker" and make other fuss. But, she DID make those
tweets publicly. And, she DID start it.

Am I being mean or just self preserving? Anyone want to offer some
feedback here?

I am the wrong person to ask. I have never watched it. I already
raised three adolescents and survived the wayward years. What do I
care for exposing myself to more of it? As far as I can tell, they are
having protracted adolescence, a common phenomena these days. They are
being rewarded for acting out and being "macho". I don't think that
"machismo" is always a good way to get along with others. But, there
may be redeeming features/qualities to individuals or the show in
general. Since I don't watch it I really can't comment beyond WHY I
don't watch it.

Oh, as stated above, many people are experiencing protracted
adolescence these days. Maybe that's one reason its popular - they
relate. For others, maybe its living the machismo life
vicariously. Then there is the ever popular because my parents hate it
and it drives them nuts reason.

Another thought. I believe that ksis also wants someone to validate
her victimhood and her hatred for JWLor and me and her trashing of us
over the last period of time however long it has been. I don't know if
she still believes that he has left TMZ or not. She sure was happy to
think that her letter writing campaign had him thrown off. But now
maybe she is not so sure. So, maybe she is also going after him as
well with this comment. I just think that since I am still there in
her face in her view and she hasn't gotten me thrown off or run me off
that she is targeting me - primarily at least.

Subject: A further thought
   
I want to reiterate something I said about ksis this morning
(below). What this approach (below) amounts to is the silent treatment
or shunning. This technique for shaping behavior has been an effective
tool in social settings in many cultures for centuries. Really, the
best thing that could happen where ksis is concerned is that she is
ignored at TMZ. That probably won't happen.

But, if she fails to provoke any fights and her comments like the one
we are currently discussing are ignored, then at least a modicum of
behavioral shaping may occur. She will have to try other tacts to stay
relevant and engaged. Since her purpose for being at TMZ is to
position herself as Charlie's Number One Defender she will never leave
and never leave off creating things to defend. But, she may at least
finally learn what will work and what won't and confine herself to
more or less garden variety trolling that's easier to ignore.

We can hope anyway. And, we might also consider helping things along
by making everyone at TMZ aware of exactly why she is there. Which
brings me back to the notion of posting strategic tweets that tell the
whole story in her own words. Again, is that too mean?

"She tried sharing her love interest elsewhere online in a discussion
setting where she is a member, but NO ONE would join her. No one
agreed with her about Charlie. Rather than get embroiled with her in
argument, everyone just quietly left off discussing with her. So, that
may be one reason why she spends so much time at TMZ."

I'm thinking that what I will do is an in depth screening of new
applicants from TMZ. I'll ask that they engage in private email with
me away from the group first. I'll see what it is that they think the
group is about and what they are looking for. I'll let them know
basically what the group is about. Then the person and I can decide if
we are a good match. If yes, then they get their membership approved.
